Welcome to Bravo, operated by PayBridge Inc. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page.

2. Description of Service

Bravo provides a platform for TCF Canada test preparation, including:

• Expression Écrite (writing) practice and evaluation
• Expression Orale (speaking) practice and evaluation
• Personalized feedback and improvement recommendations
• CEFR and NCLC level assessments
• Customized drill generation based on weaknesses
• Progress tracking and analytics

Our service is educational in nature and does not guarantee specific TCF exam results.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bravo. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Bravo offers subscription-based access at $24.99 per month. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

4.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account with others
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our evaluation system
• Submit offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Abuse or exploit the platform in any way
• Scrape or harvest data from our platform
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on Bravo, including text, graphics, logos, software, and evaluation systems, is owned by PayBridge Inc. and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your submitted responses. By using our service, you grant us a license to process, analyze, and store your content to provide our services and improve our evaluation systems.

7. Disclaimers

IMPORTANT: Bravo is a preparation tool and does not:

• Guarantee specific scores or results on the actual TCF Canada exam
• Represent or affiliate with France Éducation International
• Provide official TCF certification or accreditation
• Replace official TCF preparation materials

Our evaluations are educational estimates based on TCF criteria. Actual exam results may vary based on examiner discretion and testing conditions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayBridge Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
• TCF exam results or immigration application outcomes
• Service interruptions or technical issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Canada.
